I have moved on to a new site that is without a doubt, extremely better than this basic one.

A sad banana
This project for my Advertising Design class had to do with creating three ads for a non-profit organization. I had some fun ideas (that might play into future projects) that ended up not working out. I ended up going with a darker tone that still kept it a little humorous. I had to use Photoshop to add the model into the… trash. Trust me, it smelled really bad.

Update? Yes.
Time for an update! Some new stuff from class. The first one I had to create that conflict each other about a controversial topic, but with me being a huge geek, what better topic than the argument of violence in video games?
The next two I had to create for a project our whole class contributed to: A 2010 calendar based off different design movements.

BioShock 2 Article
A project for my layout design class. Inspired by my favorite gaming magazine that went out of print (Electronic Gaming Monthly), I decided to base it off that. Article written by Alice Liang of 1up.com

Spartan Emblem & Font Poster
Made a logo for a friend who directs Machinima videos of Halo 3. His character in the game has an emblem on his shoulders for reasons… unknown. But it’s cool, right?

Also had to design a flyer for my typography class that shows off a font of my liking.

Katamari Eric!
Haven’t updated in a while, mostly because I’ve haven’t had a creative rush for the longest time. I hope I can start pumping out more goodies like this new picture:
Also, the page has a makeover, along with a new logo and name for the blog.

Self-Made Portrait
Whipped this up in Photoshop in about 10 minutes of editing. I did not use any lighting other than a single lamp in my room. The rest was all done in Photoshop.

Paper Eric
Got inspired from some images I seen of some people drawing little characters in paper form and setting them on their desks, so I decided to give it a try myself using a cartoon (jerk) version of myself.
Originally drew the image on a sketch pad and scanned it. Traced and colored in Adobe Illustrator. Printed with a printer. Folded with my own hands. You know the drill.

Devil Bringer
The Devil Bringer from the game Devil May Cry 4, Photoshopped onto my own arm. Pretty good game, don’t you think?

Journey To The Center of A Dragon
The newest to the bunch, “Journey To The Center of A Dragon” is a fake movie poster I created for my final Illustrator class project. The entire process took about five hours.
I originally skecthed the dwarf in the picture on paper using a pencil, which was then scanned and put into Illustrator to trace around with some heavy edits made.
I hope you enjoy this project of mine as much as I enjoyed making it!

Went outside and tried out my new camera. That means… Photoshop time! Just messing around with filters and layers on this one.
